As I mentioned in my last post, today was my first day of work at my new job! I could have posted photos of me in my highly attractive new uniform, however since I'm not allowed to wear my uniform outside of work (plus it's not actually really all that exciting) I'm instead bringing to you what I wore after work.
White studded collar sleeveless shirt - Own the Runway; White vest top (under shirt) - Primark; Black shorts - Primark (old); Brown Tassel slouch bag - Matalan; Black heels - New Look
Today I'm wearing my black basic Primark shorts which I've actually owned for about 4 years, with my studded Own the Runway shirt. Would definitely not advise eating spaghetti bolognese for dinner on the first time of wearing this. Chances are you will spill bolognese sauce all the way down the front (and all over yourself), especially if you have the equally genius idea of eating said meal while lying vertical on a deck chair while reading outside in the garden.
Totally hypothetical situation of course. Definitely never actually happened...
This brown bag I bought last week for only £6! I think I've mentioned in previous posts about how my last brown bag broke while I was out shopping a couple of weeks ago (*sob*) so when I saw this in Matalan I figured it'd be a great replacement. It's not quite as big inside as it looks on the outside and because of the slouchy style it's a little hard to find my stuff buried in there sometimes, but it's still a useful little (or big) bag for carrying my stuff to and from work.
