Hello everyone, hope you all had a fabulous Christmas! This blog post is coming to you from my shiny new laptop!! Which ironically wasn't one of the things I got for Christmas this year. I actually treated myself in the PC World Boxing Day Sale because my old laptop was becoming unusable. Do you know how hard it is to blog on a laptop with a broken keyboard? Very!
There's been a bit of controversy on twitter around this type of blog post (some people seem to class them as 'bragging'), however I personally love seeing what other people got for Christmas. And they do say you should write about what you enjoy reading yourself! These are just a couple of bits and pieces I was lucky enough to receive this year...
You can tell my mum reads my blog from some of the stuff she got me haha. This Robot Bag was in my Accesorize Wish List last month, and these boots were in my Birthday and Christmas Wish List a couple of weeks ago. The bag is pretty small, so it's not the most practical in the world, but it'll be great for nights out.
This Benefit gift set was also from the mother. I asked for this one specifically because there's a couple of products included in there that I want to try. It also has two of my favourites - POREfessional and They're Real Mascara.
My younger sister got me Deliciously Ella's Cookbook, which I'm really excited to use! I've already tried some of the recipe's on her blog and found them really tasty.
My older sister got me Harry Potter Pyjamas, which I LOVE! Every year she asks me what I want for my birthday and Christmas and the answer is pretty much always the same. You can never have too many pairs of PJs.
I haven't eaten the cocktail chocolates yet (they almost look too good to eat!) but the perfume smells gorgeous. The packaging is so pretty too.
Finally, this t-shirt. How amazing is this t-shirt? It combines 3 of my favourite things; cats, Game of Thrones and the colour purple. I think my boyfriend intended it to be a jokey present, but I really love it! Now I just need to work out how to incorporate it into an outfit post…
