Happy Friday guys!
And happy end of the month too - can you believe it's going to be August tomorrow? I'm heading to Tenerife at the start of September so I'm officially in holiday countdown mode (wooooohooooo!)
You may notice something a little different about some of my Instagram photos this month. Earlier this week I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I can't believe how much better the camera on it is compared to my old Samsung S4. See if you can tell which photos were taken on my old phone, and which were taken on my new one... ;-)
Stratford-Upon-Avon
On one of the rare sunny days earlier this month me and my boyfriend decided to head into Stratford for some lunch, drinks and shopping. We went to my favourite restaurant, El Greco, which I actually reviewed on my blog last year. You can check out the full review (including yummy food photos) here.
Drayton Manor
Last weekend one of my best friends from Uni came to visit, which called for a trip to Drayton Manor theme park! I hadn't been since I was in school, but it was great fun and we got really lucky with the weather. Apocalypse is still my favourite ride there, and we all got completely drenched on Storm Force 10.
Summer Party
New dress alert! I was really struggling to find something to wear for my work's summer party this week, until I found this little beauty on the Sugarhill Boutique website (direct link). I was worried at first that the pattern was going to be too bold, but it's so pretty and I can't wait to wear it again on my holiday. It's just the right length and looks great with a pair of white strappy heels.
July favourites
Dorothy Perkins have cat shoes, I repeat - Dorothy Perkins have cat shoes! I can't find them on the website but they had them in the Birmingham store last weekend. These trousers are another find from Sugarhill Boutique. I had a pair of elephant print trousers from Topshop a few years ago (see here!) so when I saw these I knew I had to have them. They're super comfy and sooo cute.
