A couple of mini reviews in today's post about a few products I bought recently from the one and only LUSH! I actually bought all of this close to two months ago now but wanted to make sure I'd used them for long enough to be able to write an honest review about how they've worked out for me.

The Golden Egg bath melt
This was a limited edition product just for over the Easter period (although it may come out again next year!) which I used on Easter Sunday when I was ridiculously hungover and felt like trying to cheer myself up. Now I'm not saying it was completely down to the bath bomb but I felt a whole lot more human after using it and it pretty much saved me that day! The glitter literally gets everywhere and the yellowy gold colour made the water look a little bit dodgy shall we say, but it smells good enough to eat (kind of like the honeycomb you get in a Cadbury Crunchie) so I can forgive it for all that.
Avobath
The other bath bomb I tried out was the Avobath (link here) which again smells pretty awesome! It didn't really do anything for my skin or wake me up like the product description claims however it made for a decent smelling bath which in the end is what I really wanted it for.

Dark Angels Cleanser and Tea Tree Toner Water
The Dark Angels cleanser (link) and the Tea Tree Toner Water (link) were both recommended to me by the shop assistant at the Birmingham store who said the combination of the two would really help with preventing breakouts and generally wake my skin up a little. So far I've been really impressed. I don't get many breakouts but these have still helped make my skin feel a lot clearer and a lot less oily than usual (which is one thing I sometimes struggle with). I've mostly stuck to using the Dark Angels cleanser while in the bath because it tends to get everywhere and leave smudgy black streaks all over the place. The smell might not be to everyone's taste (especially if you're not a fan of licorice - luckily I am) and the texture might be a little harsh if you've got very sensitive skin however I've really been loving how it's worked for me so far.
What products from Lush are you loving at the moment? Feel free to hit me up with suggestions, I'm looking to get a couple more bits from there soon!

I know, I had to stop using it for a couple of days because I forgot to take it away with me and it made me realise just how much it does for my skin! So much love for Lush!

Thank you! You should try it, other than the mess it leaves everywhere it's so good!
