I bought this vest top from Republic way back it June when I fell in love with the print - I've said before how I love a cute animal print, and I really love this one. I especially like that it can be worn casually tucked into shorts - like I'm doing today - or dressed up with a black skirt and heels for a night out, which I did a few weeks ago.

The blazer stayed on for all of 5 minutes before I realised it was way too hot outside. I spotted these sandals on sale in New Look the other day for only £7 and as I've been in need of some new "summer" shoes for a while I decided to snap these up since they were cheap. Even if I don't wear them that much this year I figured they'd always keep until next summer, and I just can't ever say no to a bargain pair of shoes.
I did however have the stupidest of ideas deciding to wear them around town for the whole of this afternoon. I always get blisters whenever I wear new shoes, and unfortunately these were no exception. I normally stick plasters on the backs or along my heel to try to prevent it; really regretting not doing that with these :-(
Anyone else been loving cute animal print lately?

Yeah I was thinking of getting more of the same blazer but in different colours cos they’re sooo easy to wear and make any outfit look instantly smarter. Will more than likely get another one come Autumn when it’s a bit cooler!
