Insanely jealous of everyone who got to go to a festival this year - I've never been to one before (apart from Radio One's Big Weekend in Bangor back in 2010) and was really hoping to get to one this year but with graduation and starting work, I didn't have the free time or the money :-(
Today, in my "I-wish-I-was-at-a-festival-right-now-rather-than-stuck-here-at-home" melancholy mood, I figured I'd wear an outfit that I would be wearing if I was actually at a festival right now.
Waterproof Jacket - Peter Storm (old); Black body (worn underneath) - New Look (old); Floral mesh top - River Island (old); Short - Primark (old); Boots - eBay; Brown tassel slouch bag - Matalan; Necklace - Republic (old)
The shorts and mesh top I've owned for a couple of years and the waterproof jacket I've had since 6 form as I originally bought it for doing my gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. Judging by the fact it was actually thundering and lightning earlier - I'd say this jacket would be a must if I was festival-ing it today!
Also notice the natural hair and the barely there make-up? Keeping with the festival spirit of course, not just 'cause I was feeling extremely lazy this morning...
Anyone actually go to a festival this year? What did you wear?

Aw thank you :) Yeah I've learned to embrace the curlyness in the last few years - although I still wake up some mornings with it looking like an explosion on my head so I have to break out the straighteners!
