There's a reason why it's been nearly a week since my last blog post.
My Granddad passed away late on Sunday evening and everything feels like it's been turned upside down a little. At the start of this year I had all four of my grandparents and now I only have two. Everyday life has carried on like it was before and in general I'm doing ok but I still feel like there's this cloud of sadness hanging over me which I can forget about for a while but not get rid of entirely.
The next couple of weeks are looking incredibly busy, especially with my Dad flying over from the States on Wednesday to stay for nearly a fortnight. I'm not sure how motivated or able I'm going to be to write any new blog posts however I thought I would publish my monthly instagram round-up today as usual and then just see how things turn out.
