New buys: Dorothy Perkins, H&M, New Look & more!

Last weekend I went shopping in Birmingham to find things to include in the giveaway I'm running at the moment (make sure you enter if you haven't already!) While there I also picked up a couple of bits and pieces for myself so I thought I'd do a little post on what I bought, plus a few other things I bought last month but haven't had chance to show on the blog yet :-)

Shoes - Dorothy Perkins; Clutch - New Look

How pretty is this clutch bag from New Look!? It's pretty much the perfect summer night out bag and although I already have one exactly the same in burgundy when I spotted it again in this pastel blue colour I knew I had to get it too!

These Dorothy Perkins pumps I also already have in pale blue and bright pink but when my other nude shoes from Primark got completely trashed in the rain the other week I decided to replace them with these. They're so comfy and feel really solid which makes them perfect for wearing daily (nude shoes have a habit of never leaving my feet!)

Polka dot dress & Dogtooth dress - Both H&M

I really wanted some new dresses suitable for work and these two from H&M seemed ideal! I realised a couple of days later that I already have a black-and-white polka dot dress which I bought in New Look a couple of year ago (oops!) but this one is slightly longer and made from softer material so I've decided to keep it anyway!

Dress - Miss Patina via Topshop

I was out shopping in Birmingham last month when I noticed Topshop in the Bullring now have a Miss Patina concession! Miss Patina is one of my favourite brands so it pretty much made my day! I picked up this beautiful vintage-style dress while I was there - just need the weather to brighten up now so I have an excuse to wear it!

Both these tops are recent eBay finds which I bought last month. I always get so excited bidding on eBay auctions. I literally sit there watching the timer tick down right to the last section until I seen I've won! These tops were both bargains for under a fiver each and I've already worn them a fair few times. The high neck crop top looks great worn with high-waisted skirts and shorts and this pretty collared top is perfect with a pair of jeans and cute flats.

Has anyone else found any bargains on eBay recently? Hope everyone likes this different style of post! I'm planning on snapping more outfit photos soon but I've been finding it a little difficult to find the time to get outside recently to take them. Blogger problems eh?
