This post was originally set out to talk about how I finally found the perfect faux leather skirt in the form of this H&M skater-style number, which I wore out last night along with my Aztec print crop top which I won in a giveaway on Robyn’s blog last month.

Instead I realised that what I really want to talk about is how things are going really good at the moment. There's nothing like a good hangover (of which I've had many this week) to make you start pondering your life and I'm realising just how positive things are right now compared to earlier points this year. One of the great things about keeping a blog is having a visual representation of your life which can help you look back and remember how you were feeling at that time.
While some of the things that have happened this year have been unavoidably sad, I've also realised I worry too much about largely unimportant things when more often than not they've never actually come to pass or if they have they've not been half as bad as I thought they were going to be.
I'm not really sure what I'm trying to get at here other than things are going really good at the moment so I plan on enjoying it to the fullest. Negativity can be dealt with when or even if it happens.
