First outfit post of the New Year! As I mentioned in my last post, one of my 6 Goals for 2016 is to blog at least one outfit a week. Sooo here's what I wore over the weekend! It was my sister's birthday on Saturday, and as we were going bowling I wanted to wear something comfy and warm (that would go with flats!)
Outfit details: Purple Coat - New Look (birthday present); Jumper - New Look; Jeans - Topshop; Star Wars Trainers - Vans
In the end I decided to throw on my trusty Topshop jeans, a slouchy jumper and this beautiful purple coat my mum gave me for my birthday. I actually picked this out myself while we were shopping in New Look a few weeks before my birthday. I love the colour and the fit is so comfortable, plus it's great for layering when it's a little bit chilly.
Have also re-discovered a love for my Star Wars Vans recently. I've struggled to wear them in the past because most of the clothes I own are covered in cutesy little animal prints. It feels kind of wrong mixing Darth Vadar's face with cute cats and foxes! Need to start buying more simple basics so I can wear these more often...

I'm loving the purple coat on you! When it gets colder, you could stick a fur gillet around it to feel extra snug. The vans are pretty darn rad too! Recently watched the new one, seems like a fitting time to wear it too, ha!
