If you follow me on twitter or instagram you might have already seen that I dyed my hair red yesterday! I'd been thinking about doing it for a while but wanted to wait until after my sister's wedding since I was worried it would clash with my purple bridesmaid dress.

Hair dye - Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Colour in "vibrant red (5.62)"
I roped one of my friends into helping me (i.e. basically doing it for me) since I didn't trust myself not to completely mess it up! So far the reaction from friends and family has been all positive, although a couple of people have said it looks more purple than red! I reckon it'll fade to a medium red colour within a few washes though.
I went into Birmingham to meet one of my Uni friends today for pizza hut and shopping, then the last of my kittens went to their new home this evening which was really sad. I'm spending the rest of this evening curled up with Bilbo and Tallulah watching the first episode of Dexter season 8 and possibly the second episode of True Blood season 6 if I don't drift off to sleep before then. What Monday evening are made for, am I right?
