It's a shame it was so dark this afternoon because I reckon these photos could have turned out a whole lot better if there had just been a bit of extra light in my back garden! I really like what I'm wearing today though. I'm glad I persuaded myself to buy these elephant print joggers/trousers back when they were in Topshop at the start of the year because I've definitely got my wear out of them.

Shirt (worn underneath) - New Look; Jumper - H&M; Trousers - Topshop; Trainers - New Look; Necklace - New Look; Bag - Mozzypop
I wore them today with my slouchy grey H&M jumper then decided to stick my mustard coloured shirt on underneath so I was a bit more colourful. I love H&M for basics like this. I bought this jumper last year but they tend to have similar things like this every Winter so I'm definitely going to be on the look out to snap up more comfortable knitwear like this.
Being able to layer jumpers over shirts is one of the things I love about cold weather and I think adding a necklace into the mix just adds that little bit of extra detail. I've had this pearl and spike one for a while now but New Look is still one of my favourite places to visit when I want to stock up on more statement jewellery.

Something else I want to point out is that I'm actually wearing trainers here(!!) I don't wear them that often and I'm pretty sure that in my 14 months of blogging this is the first time I have ever worn them on this blog! These are actually the only pair I own at the moment and were the only shoes I could find that went with these trousers. Other than grey heels which let's face it aren't exactly suitable for popping to Aldi in...
Hope everyone's had a good weekend. My little sister moved to Uni yesterday which made me feel very old. It's 4 years now since I was a fresher and over a year since I graduated but I still miss certain parts of being a student! Especially as I've seen loads of stores are doing 20% student discount again for the start of the new term.
Someone lend me an NUS code so I can go spend loads of money I don't have?

This is such an awesome outfit, you look lovely! x

So beautiful.
Thanks!
What a cute and effortless style. ;) Don't worry about the lightning, your picture still turned out wonderful, dear. I couldn't believe, though, that you had already graduated from uni, you still look so young and fresh!! :) Enviable.
(You are as old as you feel, right? ;))
P.S. I loved all the student discounts in the UK when I was there, we barely have that abroad. :P
Thank you so much for your lovely comments! I get mistaken for a teenager all the time but I promise I'm 22 haha!
