Following on from Friday's outfit post showing my favourite item I picked up while shopping in the Trafford Centre last weekend, I thought today I'd dedicate a post to the runners up - these pretty pink shoes from Dorothy Perkins and this lilac clutch bag from New Look. You might remember I mentioned in my last wish list post that bright colours and soft pastels are my favourite trends in Spring and Summer so I was majorly excited about both of these finds! These shoes are ideal for nearly any occasion and I'm seriously regretting not picking them up in mint as well since they're only £12 a pair!

Clutch bag - New Look

Half of the things I'm buying recently seem to have come from New Look but they really do have some awesome stock in at the moment and their bags are no exception. Since I seem to be living in pastels recently I thought the cool purple shade of this one would go with most of my wardrobe, although I definitely think I now need to hunt down a pair of shoes to match ;-) They have it in pale pink and black too just as a heads up, although I think the lilac is definitely my favourite! Proper excited for Summer nights out so I can start getting some use out of it!
