I bought this Lashes of London playsuit back in December with the intention of wearing it for my birthday night out. I changed my mind last minute (you know how it is) so since then it's been chillin' in the back of my wardrobe just waiting to be worn.

One of the main issues I had at first was what the hell kind of bra are you meant to wear with it since it has a couple of (very-cool-but-not-very-practical) cut out strips running right down the back. And then today it hit me. Wear a crop top underneath! And now suddenly I love it a whole lot more. I stuck it on with my leather jacket and boots to head out to take photos today but I reckon it would look equally good with a pair of heels for a night out!
Hope every one had a good Valentine's day on Friday! I spent the evening at my friend's house with a few of my other girl mates drinking wine and eating cookie dough which was pretty fun. Otherwise this weekend has kind of passed in a bit of a blur! This little bit of sunshine today has definitely cheered my mood up a little though. I know it's typically British to talk about the weather all the time but it's been so miserable lately it was nice being able to go outside and not get battered by the wind or rain (not to mention the havoc it's been wrecking on my hair!)
